Website privacy

This notice covers this LoneApp product website and enquiries sent to Safety Inspectors UK Ltd. It does not cover the worker app or manager dashboard; separate product privacy information will be provided before live onboarding.

Who is responsible?

LoneApp is a trading name of Safety Inspectors UK Ltd, company number 13332790, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 9 River Court, Brighouse Road, Middlesbrough, TS2 1RT. For privacy questions, contact help@safetyinspectors.co.uk.

Your enquiry

The enquiry form prepares an email on your device. It does not submit or store your form entries in a website database. The copy button copies your prepared message to your device clipboard only when you ask it to. You decide whether to send the email using your email provider.

If you send an enquiry, we receive the details you include, such as your name, company, email address, team size and message. We use this information to respond, discuss your requirements and arrange a demonstration. Please do not include sensitive employee or health information.

Why we use this information

We handle business enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us about our services. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, that may provide the relevant basis instead. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

Service providers and website operation

The website is hosted through Hostinger. Hosting and security services may process ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser details and access logs. Our email service providers process messages sent to us.

The site requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load these files; that request may include your IP address and browser information. See Google’s privacy information. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this website.

The app previews

The app and dashboard previews are screenshots from development and testing. Viewing them does not access your location or motion sensors, contact responders, send alerts or create a worker account.

Keeping your information

Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Contact us if you would like information about or deletion of an enquiry you have sent.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict its use or object to processing. You may also have a right to receive data in a portable format. Contact us at the address above to make a request.

You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. We welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.
